In the uncommon event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a previously undisclosed, serious congenital condition within 30 days of pickup or delivery:
- We offer a 70% refund upon submission of an official veterinary report
- Refunds do not apply to pre-disclosed traits or personal lifestyle changes
